Where do we ship to?
We ship to UK and majority countries in Europe.
However, in case you do not live in the above countries, email us at udeety@veraart.studio and we'll arrange a delivery for you.
What are your dispatch times?
Typically we ship within 1-3 business days and products are delivered within 4-5 business days post shipping, but timings may be affected by the volume of orders.
What is your cancellations policy?
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. However, If you'd like to make changes to your order kindly contact us within 24 hours at udeety@veraart.studio.
What is your returns policy
In case you have received a product that has been damaged in transit, we'll ask for a photo of the damaged goods, and then gladly send a free replacement.
